My first love is for the written word. I read voraciously as a child, and in high school learned that I loved writing as well. In college I majored in English with a specialty in creative writing, and went on to write fiction, poetry, and to become Associate Editor of the campus literary magazine, Folio. That lead me to a professional career as a copywriter, where I learned to make my writing persuade.

During this time, I also wrote for the New Haven Advocate, where specialized in covering protests and writing legal briefs.

Later, I transitioned into SEO. Writing and content was always my base, but I learned fast how much more there is to the trade. I taught myself on-page SEO, link-building, web development, design, and more. I've worked with local and national clients, increasing organic search traffic by as much as 500% year-over-year with a combination of content marketing, on-page SEO, and link building.
